We are seeking a motivated creative designer who desires to see the impact of their work in the lives of others. We are a quickly growing company focused on developing new strategic solutions that create value and drive meaningful results for our clients and their users.
The Creative Designer will develop solutions that meet the client’s needs and exceed their expectations, from initial project discovery to execution and delivery of project. He or she will design for both digital and print needs.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Leverage your aesthetic skills to design clear, compelling, eye-catching visuals that get a response for Two Ocean Marketing partners
- Collaborate with other team members
- Stretch our creative capabilities to continue to be relevant, compelling and impactful for students and our clients who serve them
- Design, develop and refine creative touchpoints:
- Website Design
- Digital Ads (static, responsive, and motion)
- UX/Interactive/Experiential
- Image optimization and editing
- Illustration
- Animation/motion graphics
- Print and mail
- Presentations
- Work within scalable processes that will grow as we grow
- Help determine key learning opportunities and the framework to support them
- Adhere to quality assurance processes and multi-step reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in arts, graphic design, web design, or related field or design certification
- Portfolio of design projects demonstrating proof of concept and polished execution. Include examples of unique and compelling design and design systems, layout, typography, and image generation.
- ≤2 years of graphic design experience
- Prior experience designing for digital channels (web sites, social media, email). Print design a bonus.
- Advertising/Marketing agency or brand experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Figma a bonus.
- Ability to qualify innovative ideas with research and industry knowledge
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking
- Excellent problem-solving skills, stress-tolerant, quick thinking and accurate
- Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team player
- Flexibility, initiative, dedication, and the ability to work autonomously
